Payment Options

Henzells Central Sunshine Coast offices are CASHLESS offices, in other words we are unable to accept your rent in cash at our office.   We have therefore introduced other methods in which you are able to pay rent…

  • forward a Cheque / Money Order by mail
  • bring a Cheque or Money Order into our office
  • arrange a Direct Debit from your bank account into ours
  • arrange a Direct Debit from your salary through your place of employment to our bank account
  • pay via Internet direct from your bank to ours
  • IP Gateway automatic deduction from your account into Henzells Mooloolaba. IP Gateway also offers payments by Telephone, B Pay, Australia Post, & Credit Card.

If you are having difficulty in paying your rent, always contact us to discuss your problems. If you become 4 days in arrears, we will issue a reminder letter first. After 7 days in arrears, we are obliged by law to issue a Notice to Remedy Breach giving you 7 days to bring your rent back up to date. Should the breach not be remedied within the 7 days, then a Notice to Leave is issued, giving you 7 days to vacate the premises.
